I have lived here for nearly two years and I will be leaving ASAP because Manchester Place has become one large, loud college dormitory without a house mom / security in place. If you like loud fire alarms going off nights, or, break ins into your vehicle in the unguarded parking garage, or, trash strewn about everywhere (including dog crap in the hallways, no kidding), then all of these things come with the hefty rent. The physical structure is nice, the management OK, but the location is just too close to too many colleges. I like clean and quiet so I will be going elsewhere very soon.
