I found this apartment complex to be overall clean and well maintained. The apartment building that I lived in though constantly smelled when I entered the building. It is a horrible smell that often seeps into my apartment. The air condidtioners are quite old and very expensive since you need to keep them running 24/7 in order to cool off your apartment, especially living on the 3rd floor. A few times other people in the apartment building were quite loud. I felt a few times quite uncomfortable getting out or to my car with other neighbors hanging out in the parking lot. Also, on the main street people can park their cars on both sides of the road which makes it very tight. The winter is going to SUCK!
