Well maintained, in a heavily treed setting.
Very well located; just 2 minutes to heart of Manchester; 15 minutes to Concord; all the shopping you need and want inside 5 mins.
Most utilities included, so is a good value.
Parking is adequate.
Security doors and lighting are very good.
Very quiet - I never hear my neighbors.
Great big, roomy closets, and well-laid out kitchens with lots of storage. Additional on-site storage (attic).
Very nice apartments.
