We moved in here 5 years ago and i dont have mcuh to complain. Nice location, quiet, well maintained and close to two major highways. The rent has crept up a bit over the years but has not gone beyond reason (2 BR / 1 Bath < $1000). When we moved in, we hadold appliances, old carpets etc but the management has replaced them whenever we asked them and now we literally have a brand new apartment (including a new kitchen floor)! The staff is very professional and courteous and extremely responsive to requests. The fitness center, the swimming pools and tennis courts are all well maintained.
