Been here one year. Not staying for another year because of the increased utility payments as well as Parking issues. You have to move your cars for towing, no problem, but the street where you move it to is a city street so you can get towed from there as well. It has been downgrading to a dorm type atmosphere with younger-rowdy types who just moved in. Party noises are fine, but late into the night on a weekday are unacceptable. Also, doors are constantly being propped open which negates the security aspect. I have moved the carpet from propping the door 9/10 times when coming home from work.
