This apartment community leaves A LOT to be desired. The management staff is SO friendly until you become a tenant! The air conditioner in the living room they provide is NOT sufficient for more than the living room and dining area, and it states in the lease that you cannot install your own. We also made sure when we were looking for an apartment that it was o.k. to keep our cat and they assured us it was fine. THE DAY we made a final walk through they made us sign a paper saying cats weren't allowed and we would not keep one or we would be evicted right after they made a note of the kind of cat we had, a desription and the cat's name!!!! They said if we didn't sign the paper we could not move in and that it was just a "formality". Then during our walk through the carpets were WET, they were still fixing a light fixture in the dining room, there was hideous tile in the shower the woman swore they would fix and our apartment was A LOT less modern than the "model" we were shown. At that point what could we do'' Mushrooms grew in the corner of the bathroom linolium where it failed to meet the wall etc. etc. etc.
If I had it to do over again I would never have moved here.
The rent may seem reasonable when you move in but they WILL raise it $150 per MONTH when your lease is up.
