If you can put up with the get your car out of our parking lot we need to do work attitude, the poor plumbing, extremely hot third floor (87-92 degrees), and outdated air conditioners that take forever to cool down the apartment, then this is not that bad of a place. The appliances are really nice, the landscaping good, noise is kept down, parking good except during the winter, and it's fairly clean. The rent has gone up from the first day I lived here from $750 to $900. A very large increase for 2 years...
