Just moved in a few months ago....I live on the 3rd floor and it does get hot up there and the parking is a major issue because you have to park on the street and it's tight. The management lets you know a few days in advanced if you need to move your car or if maintenance needs to come into the building to do work on something...so at lease u know in advanced. I haven't checked the pool or gym out yet, but I plan on it really soon. Mail is delivered right inside your building which is convenient. The laundry room only has 4 washers and 4 dryers and sometimes they wont take all your quarters because they are very picky, so be sure to bring extra or go to a laundrymat somewhere else. The price isn't bad for a one-bedroom and the kitchen is nice with gas stove, dishwasher works fine, and there's pleanty of cabinet space. Good sized bedroom and living room. The bathroom is really tiny and the hot water gets very hot so be careful. The A/C isn't cold enough too cool down the apartment, but it is nice to have the deck outside and the sliding door. Also, if you live on the side near the highway, it is very noisy during the day because of all the traffic and also the airport isn't too far away so you are in the path of the airplanes and they are low which makes them loud....other than that the neighbors are quiet.
