The good:
-Fairly roomy 750sq/ft for a one bedroom plus a small padio.
-Affordable rent
-Nice clubhouses
-Full kitchen with gas stove, disposal etc.
-Pretty nice community, never had any problems with neighbors.
-Package deliveries handled at the office which is convenient if you are out working.
-Staff is pretty friendly and very competent.

The Bad:
-You get one parking spot per bedroom (1 bedroom = one parking spot). You can't park motorcycles or trailers in their lots. If you have additional vehicles you are parking on the street which is crowded.
-Winter plowing for parking is a hassle but they handle it well with advance notice and scheduling etc. Unfortunately so does the town, so what this means is that during a snow storm you can't park your extra car in their lots OR on the street.
-When I did the walkthrough I asked about noise insulation and they said there was acoustical concrete between floors. Wrong, I can hear my neighbor upstairs walk around.
-My building has some sewer drainage issues, very slow.
-A/C units are old and not sized correctly to the unit for the single bedroom, but the two bedroom units have two A/C's. Either way the older units suck lots of electricity so be prepared for that.
