Not a whole lot of good things to say about my experience at Washington Park. First off, my car has been towed several times! If you live in a one bedroom apt. you only get one parking sticker. So those of us who have moved into a one bedroom with their significant other only get one parking sticker. I moved from out of state so I wasn't 100% clear on the parking bans in Manchester--rest assured I know now! $200 down the drain! On top of that, Washington Park doesn't make any effort in informing their tenants about parking bans--you're pretty much on your own.
The parking is horrible. Those who have stickers should not be able to park on the side of the roads--that is what they parking lots are for. I can't park in their spaces so why should they take up mine'
Also, when I first spoke with one of the reps at the office they quoted me that rent would be $825/month. When I arrived to sign the lease, suddenly it had risen to $850/month.
In addition, when I moved in, my AC didn't work. Actually it worked, but didn't blow cold air. I guess that was good enough for management, because after four visits to my apt. they still haven't fixed it. That fan should do wonders when it reaches 90 degress outside! The only other option we have as tenants here is to buy a portable AC. That will cost you around $200.
The cleaners do an ok job in my building. They come in early so you never really see them. Building is generally pretty quiet, which is a plus.
The only plus about these apartments is that they're in a great location. I feel generally safe in this area. You're not located right in the city and you can get anywhere relatively easy. Concord is 25 minutes north on 3A and the Mall of New Hampshire is probably 10 minutes away. Buildings are nestled in northern Manchester, down the street from Hooksett.

The parking issue just isn't true. The managment always has signs posting the bans and if you know that they do snow bans than be a responsible adult and find out if there is one and your car won't get towed. You can call the city if Manchester, and you can even sign up to be on an e-mail list where they will send you an e-mail when there is a ban.

The parking situation is very true and very bad. If a storm stops by 10 am, they say that they will plow the parking lots unless the city is in a parking ban snow emergency. That's all well and fine, but twice this winter they did not plow despite the fact that the storm did stop and the city was not in a parking ban. My parking lot it scheduled to be plowed at 10am, but the office doesn't open until this time, so I can't even call the office for clarification on plowing in the morning. They have an answering service, but they have no idea if the management is planning on plowing or now. How helpful is this? The worst issue by far is that even though all of the lots have scheduled plowing times, they very rarely are accurate. My building is the first on to be plowed at 10 and with the last storm they did not plow until 11:30 and you're expected to move your vehicle from the lot and stay out until the plowing is complete, which can range for minutes to hours. If you can't find a spot on the road or in another buildings parking lot, you just have to drive around aimlessly until they get around to plowing your lot. What a headache!
