Do Not Move Here!!!!!!!!!!! My wife and I just moved in and already we are hating this place. It's dirty, the door to our apartment doesn't close flush to the frame and the management tells us that that is normal, which is BS. The staff here are rude and unfriendly and unhelpful. Complaints here fall on deaf ears. For what this place charges in rent you would think it would be alot nicer and things would work. All I can say is stay away. If anyone here knows where I can lodge a formal complaint wither to the city of Manchester or the state of NH please let me know. Or if anyone know if you can actually contact CPM Communities themselves let me know. If anyone from CPM is reading this then you need to have better customer service here.
