Yes, Parking can be an issue. Yes, the old AC units do suck more than they blow. I live on the first floor and rarely hear my neighbors (sides and upper) make any noise. I did have a problem when I first moved in with one of my burners on my stove not working, then the oven would not heat up. I called on the oven on a Saturday morning and with in an hour the repair men were there to fix it, which they did.
I am only living at Washington Park on a six month lease, however if I was not moving out of the area, I would stay at Washington Park much longer. And, of course, Terry at the front desk is always helpful, cheery and efficient.
