Worst Place in Manchester Do NOT rent here

I live at the Hilltop Ridge Apartment complex at washington park, and with those that have said the management sucks here I have to agree with them. This place has the worst management, they don't enforce the rules, there are always people that don't live here that park in the resident parking lots and when you tell the management office they don't do anything about it. The apartments themselves are crappy and small for what they cost. This place is got to be one of the worst in the city. DO NOT RENT HERE. This place sucks. I will be writing to the Union Leader about how bad it is here and to WMUR TV and writing letters to the city of Manchester and State of NH to complain about this place.
