Overall Not Bad (but could easily be improved with some TLC)

My family has lived here now over 5 years and our overall experience has been not bad but not great either.
Here are two quick ways they can improve:
1 - Extend the clubhouse hours in the evening so people working during the day can get in before it closes.
2 - Pay someone to PICK UP THE TRASH!!! If you actually walk the community grounds it is full of trash! It does not matter how beautiful the landscaping is if it is full of disgusting trash. We walk the grounds with our young children and have to constantly be alert for the junk they pick up. It is everywhere! There is no question that paying someone for a week to just go around and pick up all the trash would be money very well spent. If this should ever happen I will let you know.
