BE ADVISED OF THE SCAMS: 1. They tow with CAR CARRIERS. They load up CAR CARRIERS with the cars of honest and well meaning people RESIDING at the apartments and charge $120 a pop EVERY WEEKEND to make an extra buck from $P$r$e$c$ion#$#$%twoing, with whom they've cut a crooked deal.
The parking system is a SCAM and devised so they can tow a maximum number of cars, while at the same time claim no responsibility for your car. Even if you are a RESIDENT.

2. No privacy. The walls are very thin, and EVERYTHING happening inside the apartment is audible from both the hallway and rooms above, below, and on each side even across the hallway.

3. Another $100 FINE for working out supposedly past 8:00 in the gym, which actually equals 7:55 on a real clock. The alarm sounds and you are treated as a CRIMINAL!Another SCAM.

I STRONGLY WARN YOU - sign that lease, and you will notice a $100 charge here, a $120 fine there, and do NOT depend on seeing that security deposite.

i agree, losers live in a place like that for more than 5 years at a time, why not buy a condo and pay a mortgage for the same price you dummy!

The towing situation is a scam. I lived at Washington Park for 2 years and was towed during a storm from the overflow parking where they state that you can park during towing. I filed a complaint with the office and even brought over the notice that they had given us that stated that, but the manager only said that she would reimburse my half of the cost of the towing. I then contacted the corporate office for CPM and explained what happened. You better believe that they agreed with me and made Sheryl Fox reimburse me the other half.
