We've had nothing but problems with the staff and management here. They are in bed with the towing company giving Precision Towing access to tow whenever they feel like it, even if your car is registered with the office. The office staff doesn't care and is consistently rude. They promised to replace broken items in our apartment, but 8 months later still haven't. Once you sign a lease, they could care less about customer service in any way shape or form. STAY AWAY!!
