We'be been here a number of years. Recently the building has had drunks, parties late at night, drunks causing accidents when they drive into the parking lot and on Front Street, noise and more.
This is a residence, not a dorm, but the office is making it a dormitory.
It used to be nice.
The response of the office to the resident problems is it's a police issue. So, we call the police and the office does nothing. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Washington Park is an apartment complex not a babysitting club. The people that end up renting an apartment all have to meet the same qaulifications you do. It is not the office's responsibility to decide someones personality. They are grown ups and should know how to behave like them. And you bring up the car fire, because that is Washington Parks fault too right...they must of started it or something...give me a break, it could and has happened anywhere!!! You are renting an apartment, you have all types of people and backgrounds living there. If you hate being in an apartment so much then buy a house, or rent a house...It is not the responsiblity of the office staff to teach people how to be normal responsible human beings, they should already know how to be them!!!!! Give me a break its always easier to put the blame on someone else, maybe you need to look at yourselfs for being so mean and rude!!! The world could use less of you people in it!!!
