I have lived here for 15 years. I hope to live here for another 15 years!
My apartment is huge! They gave me new carpet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In fact, I think they go out of their way to take care of us. Last year during the blackout, they worked around the clock to keep our apartments warm!
Sure, there are probably other nice places. But I wouldn't even think of moving.

I wish I knew what building you're in.
Even delivery people are expressing frustration about resident complaints. The only people I don't hear about it from are the office staff.
Frankly, I wonder if it's allowed to set up a section of this report recommending alternatives. I need one.
