I have lived at Washington Park for over 4 years and can't say enough good about my home. Very rarely do I have a maintenance issue but when I did they were at my door within 20 minutes. The people that clean my building are friendly and the hallways always look nice and clean. When I've had company they've commented on how nice my apartment is. I have a one bedroom which is very spacious. When I moved in everything was ready for me. My apartment was clean and ready to go !
The prices are very reasonable, I looked at other places and thought Washington Park was the best choice. The office staff are friendly and professional . I have referred 2 different friend that have moved in in the past 2 years and both are very happy at Washington Park.
I would highly recommend Washington Park to anyone looking for a new place to live. They also have a nice clubhouse and 2 pools, tennis etc.
