Waterford Place

I have lived here for just about a year now and can't say enough good things about Waterford. The buildings and suites are gorgeous (especially if you're on a third floor like I am with cathedral ceilings and a fireplace). The rents are a bit higher (1200-2000), but this is a first class facility with income and credit requirements, there are no "section 8" or low-income losers living here. The property is well kept, the management is great and the buildings are well insulated. If you live here, you can definitely have bragging rights to the nicest and most exclusive luxury rental community in "ManchVegas"

Grow up and move out if you don't feel management has addressed whatever you feel they need to tell everyone about your horrible attack.

I beg to differ on the "lower class" living here. I had a drug dealer that was constantly beating his girlfriend up every night, yes every night that was never dealt with other than with the police. Management said that this disturbance they cause every morning at 2am was not their problem. I also have more neighbors that think since they are "higher class" than I can pound on the floor all night long. Im in complete disagreement with your "idea" of Waterford.
