ATTACK ON WOMAN IN PARKING LOT - MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO HELP!

I you are concerned about the safety of the place you live look beyond WAterford Place in Manchester...on Saturday April 9th a resident was viciously attacked by strangers in the parking lot while walking her dog. When concerned neighbors complained to management and posted signs alerting others they were told it was not the problem of the complex but, a police matter and their signs were removed.
A simple memo was placed under SOME doors of the building where this occurred. When other concerned residents took it up with management it was dismissed.
