I though this was a safe place to live. My Boxer puppy and I went out for a walk last Saturday night and was attacked from behind by two total strangers. A neighbor called 911 who responded quickly and efficiently and with the utmost of professionalism. I wish I could say the same of the management staff here at Waterford Place.

On Sunday morning I went to the office and spoke with John, an apparent manager of sorts. He told me it was not his problem and that he too was having a bad day as his window of his care had been broken in the parking lot, also at Waterford place.

My concerned neighbors approached this same man, John and were told the same thing. At that time they decided to take action and posted signs around our building to inform others of the incident. These signs were promptly taken down and a brief notice was placed under some of the residents doors informing them of an "alleged" attack. I find this to be highly insulting and of little use in protecting my fellow neighbors as to the threat to their family. I would recommend that anyone thinking of moving to Waterford Place or other properties managed by this company to think twice, to consider the unsafe conditions and to look elsewhere for suitable housing as I and many others who currently live here are doing.

This is the first incident EVER of any type of activity.... as we all know, violence unfortunately knows no neighborhood, so your slanderous comments about the management company are completely out of line. What do you expect the company to do? Walk around the neighborhood with a bullhorn like a town crier? What if you owned a home and this happened to you? Would you go and post signs on all of your neighbors personal, private properties letting them know you were attacked? Grow up and stop making Waterford out to be a horrible place to live! Try living in Detroit or Dorchester.. those are crime-ridden places where violence is much more commonplace, sadly. You are just showing your ignorance.. if you don't like living here, leave.. and promptly please, so the rest of us can get back to enjoying the convenience and luxury of living here.

I also feel quite safe there. Even after the 'attack' I still have no problem walking in late at night (when I usually get home anyway). Use your brain and be aware of your surroundings, no matter where you are. You obviously aren't happy with where you live, so it might be a good idea for you to move elsewhere.

I agree. I am a young woman who feels very safe living at waterford place. Don't foreget, you do live in Manchester. I feel this is the safest place to be. Also I know that this "attack" happened at 12 at night in the woods near countyside, try walking your dog at a normal hour and maybe you wouldn't have any issues! Anyone out ALONE at that hour takes a risk it dosn't matter where you live.

I have just moved away from Waterford place because it just isn't safe. People try our doorknobs late at night. Packages are stolen from the mail area. I used to really love living there but it has really gone downhill and management doesn't care.

The women is a head case! Where ever she resides she has issues. I wouldn't rent to her if she was the last tenant on the planet. BAD NEWS!!!

I know this lady and all she does is lie! The so called "attack" was prolly just two men walking past her! I wouldnt rent to her either and now all she does is take children away from parents that take very good care of them. she needs to shut her mouth and mind her own business!
