Well, is there any question why nothing has been done about the recent incidents' This property has been sold and has been in the makings for several months. The office staff knew this was coming and knew they were all leaving to pursue other jobs, so why should they waste their time to try and make our lives better'

Now comes the new management company. On a scale of 1 to 10, right now I rate Winn (our previous managment company) at a 5. Our new management company (Sentinel), a 2. That's right a 2. I know many people that live in some of their other properties around the state. They simply don't care about the residents. They only care when rent is late, not to fix things that are broken or handle issues brought to them.

Looks like the rental market is going to be tight for the next couple of months. I will not stay here, nor would I ever recommend this place to anybody ever again. I did in the past, I will NEVER do it in the future.

The new company came in at a very bad time with all the safety concerns and unresolved problems. Winn walked out with no help to transition. Grow up and join the real world.

I bet that jgm3176 is the manager (assistant) and based on her comment "grow up and join the real world" to a resident...you can imagine how she is as a person. She is very rude and has a very crappy attitude. The new company is not good, does not seem to care about the residents, and in general is very disappointing...I wish I had seen these reviews before moving in.
