Previous management was helpful. The new management seems distant for first impression and not as helpful as Winn Residential Service was. No letter to state that all previous employees except for 2 maintenance have remained. Rather shocked on that. No new mulch put down. Could use it. Lots of residents feel very uneasy about new management and the postal deliverer stated that they heard rumours that eventually they are going condos. We all sense that. People still prop the doors open with rocks and should remove when done moving in or out. Noise level is pretty bad. We could hear the upstairs children running, jumping, yelling and crying all the time and even using the bathroom facilities at night. The noise is unbearable at times. Washing machines can be heard all hours of the night. Never heard noise from the sides on the same floor. Just the main doors slamming shut as lots of people don't hold them to prevent that lovely "bang". The 'newness' is what keeps the positive. Renting can be difficult no matter where you live.
