Attacks from strangers in area, cars being vandalized. Neighbors are rude and managment refuses to raise a hand to help on safety of the area. Garbage overflows every week and you have to drive the complex looking for more dumpster space. You are battered during summer months with landscapers equpiment noise. I feel bad for anyone trying to sleep through the day. Plowing is a mess, never happens till late afternoon after you already missed work and they plow your car in its parking spot. Insuffient parking room, have to park after 7pm anywhere the car fits. 1 year and it has made me feel bitter towards this community. Oh did I mention the elevators are frightening to ride in cause they are broken every 2 weeks. I also get randomly buzzed by unknown people all hours of day and night for people wanting to get into the building. I could keep going but for the insanely high rent and all the fuss its not worth living in a "pretty" area. It feels like the inner city but looks like Home and Garden. Oh I forgot to say that your ups,fed ex,anything shipped in a box..if it isnt picked up within a day someone will steal it. I have had it happen to me and seen flyers posted by tenants that their packages as well have been stolen. Tenant Sunday newspapers were bring stolen. Management refuses all camera recordings to the tenants. the camera is only for their companies benefit not your safety or legal issues.
