Waterford Place is a dream come true. The parking is sometimes a hassle, but it is worth it. The property is beautiful, the location is great (near 93 and 293!).The pool is clean and gym equipment is new, what more can I ask for' I am completely satisfied with the new management and the office staff is AMAZING (ps the leasing agents are HOT), I had previous problems with winn but sentinel seems to be getting their act together. Worth every penny...

I agree...as I type this I'm listening to the soothing sounds of the babbling brook right outside my building. Some people need to grow up and learn to deal with neighbors face to face as adults insead of running to parents (ie management) to complain. As for crime...try living in downtown Manchester but best take a self defense course first and buy a bullet proof vest.

I live here also with my fiance. I love it. You may want to watch what you say about the leasing consultants, my fiance Ryan happens to be one of them!...sorry he is taken!
