I have lived at waterford for about 8 months and I can't wait to leave. I biggest issue is the parking, I get home a 7:00pm and can not find a place to park AT ALL. I have had to park at the club house and walk to my apartment. The office should really the limit of cars per unit. Also the noise, I can hear the people across the call way. I have been woken up at 4:30am because the people we so loud. When I try to tell the office they do nothing. I think the rent is way too much for nothing. I am on the third floor and pay a crazy electric bill just to cool it down because of the high ceilings. Nice to look at , bad to live it.

I live on the third floor too and run the AC 24 7. My bill was 98 last month. It's not Waterfords place's fault it's PSNH they are the most expensive in NH. I also don't ever have a problem parking ever. Maybe it depends on what building you are in???
