As far as complexes go and close living, Waterford place is probably the nicest complex in the area. I have occasionally heard some neighbors but the lack of noise for complex is remarkable. Even with the high rent, there are some yahoos and a couple apartments in my building that seem to have three-four college kids splitting an apartment. They like to talk on their cell phones in the parking lot, "hey dude, you goin out tonight, really yeah dog!." That kind of thing, but for the most part everyone is pretty nice and understanding. The rents are high and you could get a mortgage for the price of a two bedroom and increasingly sketchy Countryside Village is down the street. All and all as far as living in close proximity with a lot of people, its a very nice place.
