I have lived here for a little over a year. I love it! After looking around Waterford place was the newest, best kept, and most spacious layouts I saw! The landscaping is beautiful, and they decorate for each of the seasons which is really nice. Neighbors are friendly and quiet and the staff in the offic is helpful and accomidating. I would highly recomend waterford place to anyone looking for a great place to live.
