My husband and I just came to waterford place last week. We are hoping to move out of our current apartmnet. We were really impressed when we pulled in becuase the property is beautiful. When we walked in a young man named Ryan helped us. He was very nice and answered all of our questions, he made us feel very comforable. From there we saw an apartment that we fell in love with. They are so pretty inside. I am hoping if all works out we will be new residents soon!

Ryan is nice when you want to lease but when you move in he becomes a forgetful mess. If you leave a message with him you better call and check that he has passed it to the manager or maintenance. I had a problem with my bathtub that took a week to fix. Thank God I had a second bathroom.
