I can't help but share my wonderful experience after reading the terrible review written below:( I have lived here for almost a year and have had little to no problems. Yes my car did get broken into as well and that is not the fault of the manegers. As for the leaking water well I guess that is why most people get renters insurance. We do live in manchester and breakins happen. I love my apartment and the grounds around it are kept up really nicely. The office staff is also helpful and friendly and have taken care of needs. I do recommend waterford place as a great community to live in!
