I would not recommend this place to anyone. The office staff doesn't seem to realize that their job is to help you. In fact, they seem adverse to it. They are too busy sending out useless newsletters. Problems reported go unfixed and the management is terrible. I can not wait until my lease is up.

Oh please like you would find anything else that compares in Manchester. Your story sounds a little far fetched.

I agree. We've got a new manager and we need to give her a little time. This is a big place to run and yes they should know what to do but she seems sincere and upholds the rules and regulations the same for everyone, that's what I like. When the former management company, Winn were there they did whatever they wanted for everyone differently.

I moved here recomended by a friend, and she supposed to get $500. They never paid her and denied that I was recomended by this friend of mine. They tried to do anything to make your life hell if you have to deal with the office staff, especially that big female.
