We are a young professional couple and are very happy we made the decision to move to waterford place.

It's quiet, nice, clean, and most of the others living here are quiet professionals as well. There is no section 8, no loud parties, and no noise!

Trust me there is nothing like it in this area. Choses waterford place and you will not be disappointed.=)

Highly recommended by us!

(Also the workers in the office are polite and helpful)

The office team is a complete joke. They never pass on messages to each other or the maintenance team. You can call the office and speak with 3 different people and get 3 different answers to the same question. The maintenance guy that drives the white van thinks he owns the place and has treated me like I owe him something. Somewhere along the line he forgot that I pay his salary. This place is ridiculous. Wake up!!!

Your higher than Thou attitude about the maintenance and you pay his salary! What if all the tenants had your attitude, you'd run all the employees away. These are people you are talking about with lots of tenants to take care of, it's a big place. You need to wake up and hopefully be nice.

Yes, the apartement itself it's not bad. Until you deal with this guy in the white van and that bitchy, fat ugly female at the office
