I left Waterford Place only because I took a job in another state. We had a 2 bedroom rear-facing unit on the second floor, which was quiet. The only reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 is for building construction - I occasionally heard stereo and television noise through the floor and ceiling. Although I have never lived in an apartment that was constructed such that sound was dampened. Neighbors responded positively when I stopped by to mention the problem. Since the unit was in the middle of the building it was warm in winter and utility bills were reasonable. The grounds are beautiful; we often walked around during the warm half of the year. We also rented a garage, which was well worth the minor incremental cost... no frost and no snow on the car in the morning! Staff were always courteous. I gave advance notice and paid the pre-defined cost for exiting the lease, then moved without any problems. I received a full refund of my deposit. I would live at Waterford Place again.

I could hear my neighbors alarm clock daily. This review must be from the property manager living there.
