I would not recommend waterford place to anyone.I have lived here for two months and already want to leave.I can hear every single word my neighbors say and besides that have the elevator wooshing noise constantly.I hate it here and the woman in the office are even worse.They could care less and won't let me move or get out of my lease early.Talk about helpful you won't find that with the bunch of bitchy, fat, and rude office staff.

Run away fast from this propery.

I have lived here for a year now and just out of my one year lease. We are now paying month to month basis because we wasn't sure if we would stay. When we were told the management about renewing our lease for another 6 months, they increased the monthly rent and have to do credit check again eventhough we never late in paying the rent. We tried to find other option like to move to smaller unit. When I asked this one perticular person for showing this available unit, she with rude tone of voice told me that she needed to see 2 pay stubs otherwise she would not showing me anything or waste anyone's time. What a -----! I hate this rude, fat, ugly and bitchy staff!
