The place is relatively new and the apartments are okay but the real problem here is with the management company. Staff is careless and rude. (if you read other posts you'll find this consistent) I've been a tenant for nearly 4 years and I've seen how quickly the place went down hill as soon as Sentinel Management took over. You need look no further than their web site to see the problem.(complete quote below) "aggressive leasing strategies" means they'll rent to anyone. "rigorous cost controls" means they won't miss an opportunity to stick it to you. This management company wants only to make money for it's investors. It doesn't matter if you're a good tenant or not. These people are equal opportunty offenders.

I've also lived in Waterford Place apartments prior to the takeover by Sentiel Management. I would agree this place was a better place to live when managed by Winn Residential Management. When we first moved here, the grounds were beautiful as if we lived on a golf course. As soon as Sentiel Management came in, the grounds went uncared for & our beautiful lush grass turned to weeds. Also, with the change in Management came a change in staff. The staff of Sentinel is very unfriendly and unhelpful. I've had mostly good experiences with the maintenance staff, but the office staff acts like they are "bothered" whenever you go to ask a question. I give the new management company of Waterford Place Apartments TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!
