I've lived and still currently, here for over two years. I plan on moving out to move across country next year. Since first moving here, the staff has constantly had a higher than I would suspect turn over rate, however the facility has changed ownership in the past year or so and is doing more to promote their image (successfully I might add)! Pretty much next everything as the facility is not more than 5 years old I believe and they do keep it up very well. I have never had any problem with calling in a maintenance work order and it not being fixed right away.

Rent is a bit more on the high side; however, you get what you pay for. I like the peace and quite and the price has a tendency to keep the less desirables out therefore reducing the number of potential problems.

Garages are small, however, close by in most cases. The club house is great, a very nice pool; weight room, various other rooms, and they are doing lots to help the tenets including package holding and various events.

When I first moved in, no pets were allowed, however, since then they have started to allow pets in some buildings and I don't have any problems with this, except wit those owners who don't clean up behind their pets. The apartment management could do more to police this policy.

I hope this helps, you have to balance your needs with your wants and pick the best place for you.
