upon moving in the leasing agent told my roommate and I that the newer building was 90% sound proof. He actually said 90%. The fact is this new building unlike others has no cement in the walls or ceilings and every noise can be heard from a few doors down. Taking a walk down the hallway you can hear everything that is going on within the apartments. They also seem to mis calculate rent every month and have no idea what they are talking about in the office. We actually got a noise complant when neither of us were here for a week. We came back to find the notice dated mid week under our door.....
