This is more like living in a resort than living in an apartment. How many complexes have their own movie theater, indoor pool and business center with free Internet' My apartment has marble counters in the kitchen, vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. Fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, seemed almost brand new. Nice floor plan. You can hear some construction across the pond during the day but beyond that its a very quiet place. No crime issues, and the tennis courts, kid's play area, grounds, exercise room , etc. etc. are all very well maintained. Nice walking paths. My neighbors are extremely quiet although there are about eight different buildings. I've requested maintenance service once (bedroom window would not stay open) and it was fixed in less than four hours. The management hosts many different social events and game nights all free of charge. It's located five minutes from the 93/293 merger so highway access is a breeze, although its far enough away that you don't hear the highway sitting out on your balcony. You can even separately rent a detached garage which is a nice touch. It's a bit more expensive than other complexes in the area, but you very much get what you pay for.

No crime issues???? You certainly haven't been there for long! Pick up the Union Leader from about 2 months ago and read the story on the pregnant female attacked at the clubhouse after getting out of the pool. You haven't yet experienced packages or mail being stolen. You haven't experienced your car being either vandalized or broken into. I'd like to see if you feel the same way 6 months from now. We had the same feelings you did until we got to see firsthand that looks can be deceiving!

This is obviously written by one of the girls in the office, because someone would never write a review like this after living here. It does have some amentities but come on now, nobody even uses the movie theatre. Rather watch a movie on our big screen tvs in our own apts!
