I am a retired service man and I moved to Waterford Place even before they finished construction on all of the buildings. I have been here for 4 years and I am very happy. The staff is very nice and are always there to help with maintenance and questions I have. I am retired and I wont live any were else. The ammenities for an apartment community are amazing. I have access to a pool, movie theatre, tennis court, and office area. My grand kids come all the time and use there playground. Every now and again I get noise from the apt. above but as soon as I call the office the staff is quick to help. I would recommend this place to everybody
