well made buildings, solid...if I turn my heat off, my apartment never gets below 65 in the winter. My utility bill never runs over 20 bucks and the same for the water bill which is probably figured by the square footage of the apartment: I have a one bedroom. The heater will heat my apartment in less than five minutes and is very warm. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit. My apartment faces a beautiful marsh with frequent deer and wildlife. A babbling river/brook behind is great... VERY quiet and secluded location.
