Not for me!

I just moved into 2 Waterford Place and the building is not too bad. The main problem I have is with the staff that sold me the lease. They lied about too many things. I tried to get them to show me the apartment that I would actually be leasing and they were extremely reluctant. Late in the afternoon of the day before I was to move in they finally agreed to show it to me. When I saw how discustingly dirty it was (compared to the units that they showed me) they reassured me that it would be fully cleaned and look just like the other units. On move in day it looked like they had vacuumed the rug only, there was even stuff left in the apartment from the previous tenants. The salesperson lied about the lease agreement as well so I would caution anyone thinking of moving here to spend 3-4 hours and read the lease agreement with the salesperson line by line. They will tell you things you want to hear and then when you try to take advantage of those things they will screw you with the actual lease verbiage. Oh, they pretend to go over the "important" parts of the lease but they do not. I am only here for a short while but can't wait to get away from these people. They are not even human!
