I'd recommend this complex, but agree with those who suggest getting a corner apartment if possible, on the first or third floors. I don't think I've had especially noisy neighbors overall, but walls that are a tad thin and half inch gaps under the main doors can let in some noise. In my 3 years here, that has occasionally been a problem; enough that I considered moving out at one time. Management says they can do nothing about noisy neighbors; I found their solution to call the police to be extremely unhelpful. But I've had a good crop of neighbors for over a year and have had no recent complaints in that regard.

The maintenance staff is great. I think the landscaping is pretty darn good. Snow removal is very good. Clubhouse is decent. Parking isn't currently an issue at my building, especially since some more spaces were added. It may be tougher at some other buildings in the complex.

My rent hasn't gone up in my 3 years here. Makes me think it was overpriced to begin with, and is getting more reasonable year after year.
