Nice area, overpriced, poor office staff

I've lived here for 2.5 years and have mixed feelings. My biggest complaint is how much they offer prospective tenants to move in, but once they got you, there is no more incentive to be there, in fact, you really want to move. They need such big incentives (currently it is 3 months free rent!) because they cannot keep anyone for a longer period of time. In my 2.5 years there, I have been there the longest out of all tenants on the entire street! I've seen people come and go, and most go unhappy and fed up. Maintenence work is shotty (due to what they have to work with, the maintenence staff is ok though). We even got a flyer reminding that kids cannot ride bikes or skateboards in the neighborhood!
On the positive side, it is a nice area and location is good. Things are fairly quiet (depends what section you live in). Rents are different for each person, even if it's the same style housing, and neighbors talk and we all know what eachother pays.
There is high turnover in the office staff, for some reason they cannot keep people there long.
