I just signed the lease this past week. I've been sprung a few surprises. They neglected to show me the multipage lease and resident handbook and rules and guidelines, etc. until I was ready to leave with the keys. Granted the lease stated everything I was shown and told prior but at least show me everything up front.

I was a little disturbed by the "surprise" in the toilet, paint all over fixtures, dust everywhere, dust and debris in the vent ducts.

Let me give other people a hint: Don't ask anyone about GFCI(sp') in the office because they'll say - I don't know - they just passed inspection. They are clearly inexperienced in answering difficult questions.

I would still recommend this place, though.
