I have just read these reviews and really believe the people writing them need to get a clue. I have to ask the question, have you ever rented before''' First off the office staff is extremely nice, willing to go above and beyond to make a resident happy, and will help in anyway they can. Maintenance has been fantastic in taking care of my apartment and the office has always been available for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in moving to the hill. I have lived at several Equity Properties all over the nation and the trend is the same. Every property has taken exceptional care of me and I don?t plan to move anytime soon and if I do I will stay with Equity if there is a property available.
