Nice Neighborhood but thats about It!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have lived at this location for two yrs and what first drew me to location was the neighborhood and incentive to move in. Once i got there though the staff constantly lost my rent payments and i had to constantly bring up receipts...NOT THE SMARTEST CROWD! As far as upkeep on the apartments .... well lets just say you'd be lucky to get fresh paint. As far as the forced hot air units and air conditioning goes -- well in the winter if dust is an issue the Ducts for the air conditioning units prob have never been cleaned!! and air
conditioning - well the majority of the summer you cant get maintenence to fix anything else as leaking is a major problem in most units. Appliances well thats a laugh....
