Awful Place

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Management staff is horrible and unorganized. Maintenance does not exist. Neighbors are rude, loud and scary. Some of them have written graffiti on garage doors, smeared dog poop across front doors, etc. The place seems to attract a dormlike rowdy crowd because the place is cheap and disgusting. My neighbors had about 12 people living in the townhouse next to me and they would often park in my driveway.
