Not worth it!

We have lived here for 5 months now, and cannot wait to leave. The townhouse itself LOOKS nice, but has many hidden flaws. The most obvious are the paper-thin walls- I can hear my neighbor's alarm clock in the morning, as well as bathroom sounds I would rather not listen to. They charge WAY too much for the place, and trash collection and water supply is not even included. We pay extra for trash removal, yet there is trash blowing everywhere and piled up next to the dumpsters. That ouught to be nice when it gets hot out.

DO NOT LIVE HERE.
