My husband and I were extremely disapointed upon our arrival here to stay 6 months ago. We moved here from out-of-state with our
U-Haul full and had no other option but to live in this dump! The apt. was filthy and had not been cleaned since the last tenants which had been evicted due to a full blown police investigation here in our apt. regarding a murder. There were maggots in our kitchen, counter tops had been painted with several layers of paint, basically everything was destroyed and in very poor condition. Our exterior door is damaged so badly that all of the spiders and bugs crawl into our apt. Maintenance can only mask problems they can not resolve them. Everybody in this place pays a different amount of rent. There is no set fee per unit. The extremely rude and disfunctinal office staff makes up any amount they wish and that is what the rent is based on. The walls are paper thin and with the low- life's that this place attracts.... you can only imagine the language... not to mention the sleepless nights. Calling the Wellington Office is a waste of time! They will not deal with any problems that occur on the premises. Speaking of the premises... there are huge trash bins that are always overfull and garbage is constantly blown through out the grounds here. Parking is a huge issue, it is not enforced so many times when you are trying to get to your apt. there are vehicles blocking your way. There are immenities such as an outdoor pool that they do not put water in. An indoor pool that is always closed, a sauna that does not work. The gym equiptment works occassionally and the racquet ball court you can not get into because the doors are always locked! If you are considering making Wellington your next home make sure that you are a classless hillbilly!

You should not be bad mouthing this place if this was a horrible place to move to why dont you just get up and move on dont sit and ----- to a bunch of people you dont know about how bad this place is you sound like a freshmen in high school who didnt get what the wanted so you have to around winning about it be a grown up and move on with your life.

WOW sounds like it has only got worse since we liked there, not better. The home office inspected the club house to fix the issues but I guess they found the cost was too high. In a dark way, I have to say it's too funny as I lived near the townhouse you moved into and saw the crime scene unit and the police tape. They should not have leased you that unit. If you complained they would have moved you to another or to an apartment(garden unit) at the bottom of the hill. (complain I mean to the home office not the the property office). I remember joking with Maint. one that he lost he temper and he said "not me, some ones "EX" got physical and punched out a window". Nice folks "living" there huh (GRIN).
